For this luxury apartment refurbishment in Belsize Park, we prioritized safety by excluding mains utilities during internal strip-out and structural demolition. Key enhancements included concrete slabs, traditional and self-leveling screeds, propping, steelworks, basement reinforcements, and damp proofing for robust foundations.


Electrical upgrades featured partial rewiring and new central heating components, complemented by acoustic upgrades, dry linings, and new partitioning. Bespoke elements shone through engineered hardwood flooring, skirtings, architraves, doors, wardrobes, kitchen, sliding doors, glass splashbacks, granite worktops, and marble features.


Final internal decorating and interior design works delivered a sophisticated, client-tailored home, emphasizing luxurious finishes and seamless integration for elevated living.
